Yes, Fred also produced a couple of tracks for his short lived band The Weasels

Nobody gives a big enough **** about nu metal to really care if we're getting the genre right this round.

If you can't spell aspergers correctly or read a post correctly due to utter laziness, you're probably in an avant-garde band.

If you have less than 2% of the FB likes of Chacarron Macarron, you're probably in an avant-garde band.
Maybe lay off trying to make jokes here until you've had some practice first. This is a recommendation to keep you from embarrassing yourself.

@JGuy, idk. I thought alt "groove" bands would probably be (maybe) like 311 or Primus. I don't know what "Groove metal" would be like, maybe Fear Factory?

That sounds like a Catch-22, if he lays off joke telling how can he get any practice? By all rights shouldn't he practice as much as possible by increasing his joke-output whether or not they pass or fail?

I'm fimiliar with "Walk" I respect Darrell Dimebag and his playing. I wasn't too interested in the others. I guess "groove" means different things to different people. Led Zeppelin was know for having a heavy groove primarily because of John Bonham's drum playing. In my opinion a band like Wo Fat have a better groove than those bands. Stoner Rock (or Desert Rock, whatever you want to call it) has a heavier groove than Groove Metal.

The "groove" in groove metal is meant more as music that can make trashy fat dudes swathily dance.

I'm not the one who compared myself to an artist who's hit single has over 50 times as many likes on FB as my whole band does.
