Pretend - Tapestry'd Life

Solid math rawk. There's a sense of post-rock drama here and there too (noticed it especially on 'Record Of Love', tied with 'Physical Flight' as the best cut here), but I'm surprised at how little sticks with you by the time you get to the end. When it comes to technical interplay, give me a groovy jazz-fusion album over the millennial hipster equivalent any day of the week.
