He has another Louie/Seinfeld-styled show where it's like his stand up but based around his life and he's done stand up for a while. Quit being a basic human with all your biases and ****.

I didn't even know he was a comedian, but he was funny and classless as **** in Glow so I'm interested.

Sounds interesting, I wonder what the new tour is like (with the new incarnations, with "Tyrone" on vocals).

To be fair with the Randy/Chuck/Bob trilogy, Randy was always the focus of that era/incarnation, he even had his own vlog-style web series!

I'm probably walking on eggshells with this one, but the only thing that can save this song is a brilliant mashup like this:

That song, is almost an amalgamation of this things that I don't like about Maiden (I still love many of their albums, but still)

Also, bonus mashup:

I watched one of his stand up specials and it was horribly unfunny. It was seriously like Dane Cook levels of unfunniness.

^ Still though, Bat, you may like his show (it used to be on netflix, not sure if it still is) or his podcast. I haven't heard much of the latter but his show is very awkward and doom-filled, (though not nearly as good as Louie) if that appeals to you. He has a really endearing quality to him.

I've seen a bit of his standup and it's pretty much snarky ranting. Dane Cook wishes he was that full of himself.

Agreed with Chio that the show is good, mostly because of the naturalist vibe he lifted from Louie.

I've thought some more about this and I'm starting to think maybe the most boring music genre is whatever you call the genre of marching band music that includes national anthems, old school football game music, and other assorted peppy ceremonial stuff. It's really, really terrible.

Christian rock is still pretty awful though.

I guess the common thread for me is music whose primary purpose doesn't actually have anything to do with being good music.

I think that can be expanded to brass bands in general. It's the instrumentation that does it more than anything, although the typical marching band member being school-aged plays into it as well with the less developed skillset.

Just shout whenever, and I'll be there
You are my love, you are my heart
And we would never ever ever be apart

Are we an item? Lord, quit playing
We're not just friends, what are you saying?
Say there's another and look right in my eyes
My first love broke my heart for the first time
And I was like...

Jesus jesus jesus ooohhh
like jesus jesus jesus ooohhhh
like jesus jesus jesus ohhhh
I thought you'd always be mine (mine)

Oh, for you I would have done whatever
And I just can't believe we ain't together
And I wanna play it cool, but I'm losin' you
I'll buy you anything, I'll buy you any ring
And I'm in pieces, baby fix me
And just shake me 'til you wake me from this bad dream
I'm going down, down, down, down
And I just can't believe my first love won't be around

Jesus jesus jesus ooohhh
like jesus jesus jesus ooohhhh
like jesus jesus jesus ohhhh
I thought you'd always be mine (mine)

[Ludacris:]
Luda! When I was 13, I had my first love,
There was nobody that compared to my savior
And nobody came between us or could ever come above
God had me going crazy, oh, I was star-struck,
God woke me up daily, don't need no Islam.
God made my heart pound, it skipped a beat when I see her in the street and
At school on the playground but I really wanna see Jesus on the weekend.
God knows he's got me dazing cause she was so amazing
And now my heart is breaking but I just keep on saying...

Jesus jesus jesus ooohhh
like jesus jesus jesus ooohhhh
like jesus jesus jesus ohhhh
I thought you'd always be mine (mine)

I'm gone (Yeah Yeah Yeah, Yeah Yeah Yeah)
Now I'm all gone (Yeah Yeah Yeah, Yeah Yeah Yeah)
Now I'm all gone (Yeah Yeah Yeah, Yeah Yeah Yeah)
Now I'm all gone (gone, gone, gone...)
I'm gone
"

That abomination isn't too far off from what actual commercial christian worship music is actually like
