Out of this selection it's gotta be Led Zeppelin - Runes

Like them all(OK Computer is my least fave out of this lot, though), but went with Ziggy.

Dark Side always for me. It doesn't date.
Love Zepp IV and Ziggy too, but OK Computer is an overrated dreary dirge and is hardly classic rock.

Did ya know how Waters came up with all of the spoken word bits sprinkled throughout the album? He wrote a bunch questions on some placards and then would ask random people on the streets to answer them.

The dude who said "I was quite drunk at the time" was the doorman at the hotel the band was staying at during most of the recording sessions.

Ok Computer is the most overrated album of the 90s and Led Zeppelin IV is OK but not something I can get excited about. So it's down to Ziggy Stardust and DSOTM for me. I'm going DSOTM because it's more varied.

Not finding fault here but why throw in a late 90's album with three early 70's ones?
Perhaps something by Deep Purple or Black Sabbath would have been more in line with the era concerned?
