Vince was a barroombrawler before he got famous! But seriously? Nikki sixx is the sickest ****er of the Rock n Roll world! Ever heard the Story where he wanted to break an Actors knees with Biker friends cause his Girl cheated on him with that Guy? Tommy lee was a Wild one but not a Brawler or fighter id say. Two of the most Baddest ****ers in Rock n Roll are Blacky Lawless and Chris Holmes! Axl and Vince had horrible childhoods and were constantly in trouble with law enforcement. If it was for fights or manslaughter. Vince Neil grew up in Compton where a kid got murdered on his front porch...... Compton was rough in the 70s man..... Vince Neil was arrested in 1992 for slicing a bar owners face open with a beer bottle.
I've read The Dirt like three times so I know all about Motley Crue. **** Axl Rose though and the only thing I know about Blackie Lawless is that he went to military school just like me, which is kinda cool.

@Dr Nick: So your contention is that rockers=bad=good? You're praising the fact that these guys were out of control, violent and in some cases arrested? You think that makes them real men? This is behaviour you not only condone, but applaud? And even if you do, what the living **** has that got to do with their music? Why does being "badass" make their music any better, or worse?

It's time to play "Let's See How Long A Thread Can Go Before It Becomes Monotonous".

This is thread of the year potential. Don't ruin it, gents.

Musicians being characters makes for fascinating and fun music history and is way more memorable than all those artists who are just the nicest, most down-to-earth people who you'd love to have a beer with. Save those people for after a live set, but give me the former for the stories.

And if you want a tepid hair band that still rules please listen to Stryper and not Dokken or Winger.

Ah sure, agreed. But it doesn't necessarily make them have the greatest music, or better than those who are, shall we say, better behaved.

A kid in my high school painted his jacket with 777 To Hell With The Devil

I thought of him whenever Stewart came on

So I guess Stryper equals Winger
