I remember checking out a lot of Psychobilly a few years ago. It was this whole scene with a very specific style of dress and music. Seemed a bit gimmicky, but that might just be the modern iteration of the scene.

I mean, if Bat wants to listen to bands that wish they were The Cramps instead of the real deal just because of some weird arbitrary hangup (wah, some of their songs are kinda Surfy), that's his thang.

My hang up is that they bore me. I didn't listen to them the first time with the assumption I wouldn't like them.
