Good, you already like Sabbath. Makes it easier to give you 70's metal recs:

What grunge bands are you already into apart from L7?

Yeah def. There are better cuts on the record but I just posted what I was listening to at the time. I'm compiling a guide to Norwegian nu jazz on which they're going to be included, so I just listened through the whole thing.

Oh I hardly know any grunge; Nirvana of course and I recall kinda liking Mudhoney, and you might include Veruca Salt because that's some sort of grungepop. I never cared for Pearl Jam (except for Once, which is an awesome song) and I didn't like Soundgarden either last time I tried, but that's a long time ago

Gonna listen to the rest later because I really have to sleep now bye
*cartwheels away*

Soundgarden is one of my favorite bands, and if you like Sabbath and the other 70's metal I'm posting I'd give them another shot.

grindy - like it. Not very complicated in terms of composition, but it rocks your socks off and I love the crazy vocals. It sound pretty jazzy, not a genre I'm used too, that's cool
unitron - the budgie one sounds a bit like a merging of Black Sabbath and Cream's sunshine of your love. The Shylock song is VERY solo-y for my punkish tastes, but I did like the solo and the second part rocks. Both are not really my genre, but nice, groovy.
Soundgarden is a nope, sorry : ) and the Melvins song isn't for me either but it has a slow creeping menace to it which I like
windsock - the slow bluesy vibe is cool, nice riff. That endless ending
blank - I love the Drones one, what kind of genre is that even? It's awesome. The Dozer one hasn't really much attraction for me. I knew the Scientists one, but it's a great song
Atomica - Really fantastic! Please tell me that's the actual studio version. I was wondering what it reminded me of and then I remembered:

Edit: the whole Frumpies album is amazing, I just found out they're actually Bikini Kill minus Kathleen Hanna, I can't believe I'd never heard of them!
