I liked Nirvana when I was a kid, I never liked Britney other than eye candy and what you'd expect a 13-year-old male that got into grunge before the age of 10 to get out of early Britney. As I got older I first figured out Britney's a hoe, and Kurt's a junkie. Badabing, badaboom, and done. I mean really, that's like asking me to choose between Jack and ****, to which I will defer to the immortal awesomeness of Bruce Campbell:

You can talk all you want about the Pixies but no amount of the Pixies could prepare either you or the world at large for Smells like Teen Spirit.
I know you’ll get **** for this but it’s absolutely correct.

There’s incredible power in One More Time too though

TBH as much as Nirvana's music was ace as **** I think Kurt Cobain's vocals were actually the true star of Nirvana. I can literally think of no vocalist before or since who could express what he expressed. Who could link hardcore, alternative, and something inexpressibly... perfect in a way I can't describe. Something that was both perfectly 90s and perfectly ageless. I mean you could put ten out of ten of the most well respected hardcore or alternative vocalists of all time in front of Nirvana and they wouldn't have sold a tenth of what they did.

You listen to ****ing Smashing Pumpkins, you fucktwat. Billy Corgan's voice has its charm but that charm can not be divorced from the nasal cringe. Just like the music can not be divorced from being bland crap.

If Nirvana had never made it this would be a god tier track every 90s alt rock fan would rep as the second coming of Christ. And rightfully so.

Whoa I missed that dig at mindfulness

Dude, his taste in hip hop and old classic rock is what’s up

Regarding his hip hop posts - he tackles new **** / he puts himself out there with his opinions

You almost always let time sort out your music for you

The question is which do you prefer horny teenage girls or burned out stoners?

Easiest choice of my life. Nirvana is ****, Baby One More Time is one of the best songs ever written.
