As a matter of civil engineering, and how much it gave back to residents in terms of walking around and commercial areas - absolutely.

Indie rock was poppin here in the 90s w the Veldt and Archers of Loaf and Superchunk

A few really big jazz musicians (John Coltrane, Thelonius Monk) were born here.

Also, bluegrass
