Not the whole song, but the build up near the end is incredible. Many goosebumps

Kathleen Ferrier’s recording of Mahler’s ‘Das Lied von der Erde’ under Bruno Walter. Even the ancient mono recording can’t hide the power of her performance.The last song portrays the singer’s death. During the session Ferrier was dying of cancer. The orchestra knew and kept breaking into tears during the recording.

not necessarily "goosebumps," but the song "i'm beginning to feel whole again" by Brandon Hult always gives me a few chills. it's a big callback to finally beginning to emerge from a dark time in my life.

as for actual goosebumps, really anything on "Cathedral" by the Castanets, but the one that always gets me is "Cathedral 2 (Your Feet on the Floor Sounding Like the Rain)". something about it always gets the hairs on the back of my neck standing up.

Mother I Sober by Kendrick Lamar gives me full body chills. Beth Gibbons of Portishead sings on it too. Definitely requires your attention to take in the lyrics, story telling and ultimately just to be in awe of the open heartedness throughout by Kendrick. It's incredibly personal.
