Default Who is your favorite musician?

Let's discuss the work of different musicians, from famous rock stars to underground indie artists. Users could share their favorite musicians and why they admire them. They could also discuss the musician's influence on other musicians and on popular culture.

Mine is John Mayer. His tunes just hit that sweet spot. It's like he can blend rock, blues, and pop like it's no big deal.

Plus, his guitar skills are on another level, and his voice, smooth as butter!

If we talk about the mainstream, mine is Paul McCartney. If we talk about the underground, probably is Adele Altro from this indie band called Any Other. It's just so perfect to my ears and keeps me motivated.

Paul relesead a jazz record in 2012 that nobody talks about it, only covering his favorite artists from the 50s if I'm not wrong. Good stuff.

Thom Yorke, John Lennon, or Damon Albarn.

For Yorke that's pretty much just for Radiohead, for Lennon his Beatles and solo, and for Albarn it's spread out across a lot of things, Blur, Gorillaz, TGTBATQ, and solo.

My favorite musician would be Ed Sheeran. His heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies always resonate with me.

There’s a Musician Matt Condon who came through in the early 2000’s playing keyboards on and off stage with various uk top ten acts. He has re released his catalog, same old feed but enjoyable listen

Arjen Lucassen has a project called Ayreon where he basically plays every instrument on his albums. The Theory of Everything is one of my all-time favorite albums. It tells a great story, is musically diverse, and has great guest performances, including Tommy Karevik from Kamelot.
