Yeah I'm around pittsbiurgh and it seems like there'sa screamo show somewhere around here every week. I'm interested in getting into some good screamo, so far all these bands kids from my school have shown more I disliked;

Underoath
Bring Me The Horizon
Alsena
Forever the sickest kids
attack attack
devil wears prada

or maybe those are the good screamo bands, I don't know.

I am from PA and I am like the only person I have ever met locally who listens to this style. Most of them are sceneys. Sad, but true.

Yeah they're all a bunch of scene kids, but still, I wanna know if there's something else out there because I see anticipation as an enlightened member of MB I guess.

yeah anticipation is right, pretty much a lot of the popular contemporary emo/screamo bands are in pa, especially philadelphia. most of them are influenced by cap'n jazz/braid

If you're moving to pittsburgh the best place for shows is Mr.Smalls, they've atleast got one or two good bands (IMO) playing there a month, and there's a place called diesel which is a club that's pretty good too.
