Moss Icon are one of my top 10 bands. Well, maybe top 20...but I like them more than any other emo band, for sure.

Lyburnum is a 10/10 for me.

Am I the only Old-School emo kid in the entire universerse who thinks that Moss Icon is over-rated? Lyburnum isn't that great an album but "I'm Back Sleeping.." is amazing!

You know where to send all the death threats!

It's not an emo band, anyway - they're the great post-hardcore band, so there is no unusuall that you don't like it
P.S. Old school emo-kid - it's funny

I never wrote that they were emo but I will now.....they were EMO! I only said "Am I the only old-school emo kid...." because all emo kids love Moss Icon, especially all the older "kids" in here. I'm also proud to call myself an old-school emo kid - not many people can say they went to 3 Evergreen shows, went to the very first Crimson Curse and Locust shows, and had Angel Hair play at my parents house. I'm not bragging but I was there when the San Diego scene started kicking off and got to see bands that no-one here will ever see or has seen. I guess I was in the right place at the right time. I'd rather say I went to an Evergreen show where nothing happened than say I saw that knob-head from MCR get hit in the head by a bottle of Piss at Reading.
Sorry...where was I? Oh yeah.....Moss Icon=emo. weleasewoger72=old-school emo kid.
P.S. Old school emo kid does sound kinda funny!

You sound like a fool.
You're either trying to fit in or succeeding in being an annoying one-upper.

I hope I don't sound like a fool! You're right I am trying to fit in. I am the only one in my ****ty little city into this stuff so it's good to finally talk to like minded people about the music we all have a passion for. About being an annoying one upper - I don't think so. There are people in this forum who have seen and done so much more than me. I only mentioned who I've seen because I was trying to prove (in a very bad way) that I am a old school emo fan and was there when the second wave of emo after Rites of Spring kicked off. If this reply still makes me sound like a fool - then so-be-it, as long as it's a raspberry fool and not a strawberry fool because Strawberrys are a very over-rated fruit.
