that earlier post left out Fugazi as one of the starters of emo tssk tssk Hey im emo and proud to be labeled as emo its nothing to be ashamed of and as far as the thrice thing goes emo is a lot about the music but lyrics too and I think especially " In years to Come" is an emo song I mean its dark emo but still
