Because I'm from Vancouver originally I'm going to have to say D.O.A. They've had some **** albums I'll admit, but they're still plugging away and they were one of the originators of the genre, or at least the first to label it "hardcore"

I know it says band as a singular but... Agnostic Front, early D.R.I and Circle Jerks are my choice!
