no way man I finished that fad when I was 17........like how can you really relate to it unless your in highschool where everything seems life or death. THe only way you could like that music is of you could related to it. You can't like it for the music skills .

Oh, and to answer the ultimate question. Screamo is the most active form of hardcore right now. That's why.

I agree with you swim, although there are a few hardcore bands that I can think of, like furnace.
