If you know the band Rites of Spring, then how could you possibly think that the used is emo and TBS is screamo? My guess is that you're just name dropping Rites of Spring because it would make you look more credible. However, you just called Taking Back Sunday screamo. You have lost all credibility on the emo forums.

Well urban if you knew anything about the emo genre then you would understand...but thanks for your comments. You truly contribute to the emo forum. That's why you come here...to show us new emo bands and opinions about them right?

Ok you might also be hearing that Punks beat up emo kids, know why? because emo is everything against punk, and punks hate them. Ok and lastly emo is not punk and emo is neither a sub genre of punk.

those glasses rock. i wish my eyes were messed up so i could have some sweet horn rims. and he was just stating steryotypes about emo people. so, punkrocklove, you should just shut it.

My friend Ian has horn-rimmed glasses and wears a silver-studded belt and has blonde hair that is swished to one side with long bangs like an emo kid but he is not emo. Goth kids do not kick his as$, he fits in with the punk crowd, and also has a hot girlfriend. Explain this to me, I must not know anything.

^dont you just love how punkrocklove makes $hit up about emo kids (or in your case, people who dress like emo kids) that isnt true all the time. im sure emo kids get beat up and what not, but its not all the time. i dont get beat up.. im sure punkrocklove would love to explain that too.
