Oh I totally agree. I have opinions about a lot of things I don't like as do we all. I think I should make the distinction that the "worst emo band" thread that was referenced in the first post I don't have an issue with. It's when someone is talking about a band and the discussion goes down in flames from the start because somone says their "stupid".

i think people that judge one certain type of emo, or more so judge the people who listen to it, are very narrowminded because alright fair enough they dont like that type of it but theyre ruling out the fact that not everyone who likes one specific type of emo ONLY likes that one...most people who like emo like loads of different varieties of it, its probably one of the most liked but misunderstood genres of music around

the only reason 'emo' kids complain on here sometimes is because we get people like you come on this forum, when you obviously just wanna insult our taste in music, telling us how much we whine and complain...i dont see you producing any productive posts on here either

im not trying to insult your genre at all, in fact i havent said one word of insult towards the music. so i suggest you get your facts straight my dear. i come on the emo forum every once and a while to try learning about some of the bands out there and see whos gaining popularity etc but all you guys do is bleat.
