Which just shows how much vocal tone is actually worth.

honestly? i think i like "i'm wide awake it's morning" best, somehow.

"fevers and mirrors" is definitely a close second, though.

The majority of im wide awake, infact theres a crapload of stuff where he isn't doing the whole quivering thing. I'll list it all if you'd like.

I mean, he can turn out tracks that I think are great, then he does **** like the radio interview on (I think) fevers and mirrors and I think "Man i hope this dude eats it".

He wasn't being serious about the majority of the things he said in that interview.

I really don't get that..

I read farther back into this post, seeing that the New Yorker titled him the new Bob Dylan...

I really hate how people get all pist off and hate him for it, especially seeing as he says himself he doesn't see himself as the new bob dylan.

Besides, your 'who could stand his vocals' kind of proved a similarty between him and bob dylan.

I do love me a bit of Bright Eyes. I guess it's rare to find someone that doesnt. It's all rather picturesque, and can all eerily relate to whatever issues you have at the time, however tiny or huge. I like.

I just got Fevers and Mirrors in the mail today and I bought Lifted yesterday, both are great albums, I actually like Lifted a little more though.

Wow.

Bright Eyes sounds so much better when you haven't listened to any in a few weeks. It's like my lost love.

Yay.

Lifted is my favorite album and A Perfect Sonnet is my favorite song. My friend played me Conor's demo's from when he was like 14 and they're surprisingly good.
