bright eyes is always getting either too much love or too much hate. i wouldn't call him a music god or anything close. but talentless? he might be a self-important, oversinging prick, but he can write his ass off. i happen to like most of his music as well.

Yeah, he is a great songwriter.
The only thing I dont like is how he goes off into almost childlike babbles in the middle of some of his songs. He is always getting hated on, but I quite like everything he has done.

They are awesome. I'm madly in love. I'm sure someone has made a post about them on here. Saddle creek webboard has gone to ****. Its nice that someone talks about them.

That someone talks about him? You make it seem like a rare occurence, everyone and their brother knows who Bright Eyes is, even though they've for the most part only listened to I'm Wide Awake It's Morning.

Bright Eyes is way too popular for its own good, actually. I kind of like it though, when he's not being too whiny or overdramatic.
