I can't usually intentionally fall asleep to music. You know, pick an album out with the purpose of actually falling asleep to, but I usually fall asleep when I have a record going on my turntable. It may not be a bad thing, but my turntable doesn't have an automatic tonearm (oh noes) so I wake up in a few hours to "fffffp-shhhhhhh-ffffffp-shhhhh". I've done this while listening to Flying Saucer Attack, Lau Nau, and Fursaxa records, which I guess makes a bit of sense considering they all have ethereal like qualities sound wise.

So this song was actually created specifically to help you fall asleep. I think it goes here.

Does Tycho count as indie and alternative? Check out Sunrise Projector if you're tired of counting sheep.
