you should check out title tk from the breeders, its actually a really goood album. kim has a very good voice. i dunno if they are still together however. and i hope the pixies will come out with a new one too (i think they probably came out with a greatest hits and live cd this year but not sure)

I've only recently gotten into the Pixies. It's one of those things that once you hear them you kind of feel stupid for not checking them out when you heard about them long before.

By the way is Title TK any worse or better than Last Splash?

I own Surfer Rosa and Doolittle by the Pixies which are really good. How many albums have they released?

^ That happens to me a lot too. I never get into bands who everyone makes a big deal out of. I hate when everyone talks about the same thing. So I dont get into it, cause having EVERYONE talk about it annoys me. But sadly, in doing so, I sometimes miss out on a lot of good music. =\

Well it's worse when people make a big deal out of something you're already into. Then sometimes I have a tendency to adopt that pretentious attitude that causes me to abandon what I love just because it got popular.
