Does anyone have any links to Joe or Ken's (of G?G!) solo work? I can't even find a way to listen to them on their actual site like you can with SUPERBASS!!!! or More Skin.

For the record, "SUPERBASS!!!! (Black Death greatest hits vol. 1)" is also a winner.

Here's an interview that the band just posted on their facebook page, sort of interesting: http://vinyltap.org/2010/03/21/an-in...ffes-giraffes/

Hi-Rollers was one of the best bands I've ever seen live. Maps & Atlases were pretty great too.

Tangled Hair

Check these tracks out, all free downloads too, it's ex colour members. Really great stuff.

I posted this track before in my journal but in case you missed it- these guys were phenomenal. Not straight up Mathy but some elements definitely.

There is a local band near me that are quite good at this style, they are called the Javelin Dance, you can find them on myspace.

It took me 2 seconds to visit Amazon.com and enter the band's name, click on the first album (named Zwei) and notice that the track "bleach it black" in the video was in the track list. ;)

:(

I honestly didn't even think of that.

June of 44 is known for carrying on that Slint sound while developing their own style in the process. The trumpet is a bit off in some parts in the video which sucks as there is only two different performances on youtube.
