Default Need New Music!

Hey everyone. I'm looking for some new music. I love music that is just a little different. Here are some of my Favorite bands to give you an idea as to what I like.

- The Dear Hunter
- Mother Mother
- Cursive
- Mini Mansions
- Radiohead
- Paper Rival
- The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger
- Beck
- Incubus
- Arctic Monkeys
- Portugal The Man

I especially love concept albums when they aren't too self-important/long winded. Please let me know if you know of anything that might work for me! Also if you haven't heard of these bands, check them out!

I'm not able to link you to it as I am a noob here but just search for it!

Default Indie alternative favorites

I recommend Glass Animals, Milky Chance, & Chet Faker off the top of my head. If you are into the more psychedelic and modern feel to the genre.

Great The Verve track, heavily influenced by the William Blake poem 'London'.

The Verve - History

Like this too, from Richard Ashcroft's solo album of the same name. Not sure his solo stuff is considered indie, but who cares, music's music, innit.

Richard Ashcroft - Keys To The World
