I saw a guy perform in Austin last night who just released a song called beautiful stranger on spotify. He's not in a band but his performance was cool + it's a great song

I feel like recommending similar bands kinda feels like it's trying to copy one another, and even though they've come from two completely different places I'm never really satisfied with bands that are too similar to the ones I like.

I like it when it they are like a decade apart or so. There is a similarity, but then there is something entirely different too.
