Default The Hidden Cameras

No more namedropping in various threads, they deserve one of their own.

The Hidden Cameras, they're insane, don't be put off by the 'The' in the title please. Been described as many things, *** folk church music being the most amusing. 'Boys of Melody', 'Smells Like Happiness,' 'Music is my Boyfriend' and 'Doot Doot Ploot Ploot' all great songs to download, and here's a way to check them out for free

The songs from the site are kinda weird, didnt really catch me right away, but seem like something that'll grow on me with more listens. I couldn't find any downloads, all I got was japanese hidden camera pornos. Btw, mission accomplished.

hehe...just recently got into them, got two albums but the newer one is 10 times better than the smell of our own...i think you could sorta compare them to the shins and the decemberists....and add a bit of gayness....

I have Mississauga Goddam and it's a pretty good album! Quite like 4 songs from it - Doot Doot Plot, Fear is on, I believe in the good of life and That's when the cermeony starts.

All really good playful indie pop

isn't it? i was a bit worried when i read the " gay folk church music" description, but it's incredibly catchy and happy...and i suppose it really does fit their music.. wonderful album ( em..the lyrics get a bit strange on i found music but whatever )

the previous album doesn't seem to have such catchy happy songs...:-/

Their Awoo album is pretty good. Every song is upbeat and catchy, especially She's gone.

can anyone help - I'm trying to think of the name of a male artist with a great soul voice - new this year - but his image isn't great. He sings a song about being in love with someone who is with someone else. Help......
