I didn't exactly mean your opinions, although that is appreciated. I mean a detailed three paragraph description of the bands style of music.

Nirvana really exploited The Pixies "soft verse - heavy chorus" thing, especially on the song that blew the ****ing roof off for them, Smells Like Teen Spirit.

Jimmy was creating Led Zeppelin during his last year with The Yardbirds. He already owned it.

BIG difference.

Back up your hot air balloon for just a minute. Nirvana had more bands that were influential to them than just the Pixies. And I was forced to use Yardbirds/Led Zeppelin analogy with you cause any other band name reference would go over you head like the Goodyear blimp.
