We are undergoing a company wide reconstruction on all of our websites. We have begun to work with sponsors who only want their advertisementes appearcing next to appropriate content. Much of this content is geared toward patents and children, and so content that contains explicit sexual scenes or nudity will be now forbidden.

We want to gear certain sections of the site to famlies and younger audiences in a positive and educational way. The pay off is that many new features will be implemented across the board. My name is Dan if you have any more questions.

Dan

So you want to implement forum sections that cater to children?

also, there will be some restructuring that i have been made aware of which i will announce once the other members involved are able to arrive, so they can answer your questions about their roles.

please keep it civil! i don't want to have to ban and infract, as that is not what i was sent here to do, but it's not out of the question or anything!

I don't like........ the way...... you do....... what you do.

There I expressed my opinion without breaking the rules, oh powerful jayshreddz.

That may be a part of the overall change, but included will be many positive aspects that will benefit the members now, such as an expanded song meanings tab and perhaps even an informative music wiki interrelation. The draw back is that we will need to overhaul the current layout and perhaps even change the domain to relaunch ourselves and our brand.

Also lol at the family oriented, this site's demographics has to be about 95% in 16-35 age group, why are they reaching out to people who have no interest in joining?

Uh... wow. That sounds like a little more than just a "restructuring" you're planning. Will this site even be MusicBanter anymore?

The changes will take place over a period of time to make the transition as smooth as it possibly can be. For the time being this is still Music Banter, but eventually we may decide to revamp even more and change the entire focus of the site.

It will become "Family Banter" or "Disney Banter" or something like that. Just watch.

When you say "change the focus", do you mean from being a music website, discussion board...? again, can you please elaborate?
