Il Duce wasn't Stalin, but Mussolini. Stalin was Generalissimo.

Didn't say he was.

No way! I strongly disapprove Generalissimo. It evokes two disgusting dictators.

Ok guys, I think its time I made a new account under a different name instead of waiting for the name change. I just have to rid myself of this name. As I've said before sorry bout any problems this may have cost.

I'm more than happy to admit when I'm wrong, but this is paranoid and unnecessary until he behaves in a way that would indicate otherwise.
Why would it be an overreaction to assume that someone with the same IP address as a banned member posting under a different name is a troll? Especially if they used the name of a dead member they could have very easily learned about. In fact I'd think it was common sense rather than paranoia to assume they were a troll. I say ban the ****er.

It's too much of a coincidence for a newbie to choose Il Duce. I say get him to change his name and if he refuses then ban him. Banning somebody is not an ideal thing to do, but if he's genuine then he'll have no problem with a name change.
