Default newbie here

Hey everyone! I've just joined although I've been lurking the forum for a bit. I don't really like to give out much personal information about myself online, so instead I'll talk about why I've joined.

I used to be really passionate about music when I was younger to the point where I spent most of my day listening to music or looking for new music to listen to. Nowadays, it's something I still enjoy doing, but I find myself not listening to or discovering as much music as I used to and I want to fix that. Hopefully being around here will bring it back for me a bit more and turn me into a more dedicated fan again.

As to what I listen to, I'll really listen to almost everything as long as it sounds interesting to me. I'm mostly into punk and post-punk stuff but everything goes, from classical to hip-hop. So you can expect to see me around almost every subforum.

So, hum, hi!

Thanks! It's good to know I'm not the only one. I feel a bit too intimdated to start posting in the music threads haha. I might check out the metal forum, I used to be obsessed with metal in my teens before getting a bit discouraged by the scene I knew.

Which "alternative 90s type of music" bands are you into?
