Beck is something special. I take it your not a fan of Oasis. I like them because many of the songs are, I dunno, Uplifting and powerful. I just like the music. If anything what do you think Oasis have contributed to Music History? (positive or negative)

to music history? nothing much, just another brit rock band, and i used to like a couple of their songs and one from the previous album, but not enough to really get into them, not to mention that their constant attempts to get attention through the media by being total pricks really pisses me off....

But the media attention is often out of the hands of the artist(s). We can all be pricks at some time, it's just that we don't have the press in constant hot pursuit. Do you not agree?

I bought the fist two Oasis albums, loved the first and thought the second was... o.k.
Since then I've formed the opinion Oasis are tapping into music that's been done before, which frustrated me because I think Noel is a talented song writer and capable of being...more original!
As for Liam I think he brings it all on himself, although I suspect a lot of his comments
are tongue in cheek and he buzzes off the wind up.
Top tune; Cigarettes & Alcohol. What's yours?
