Speaking of banned, if a username is crossed out does that mean they have been expelled from the joint? Was browsing through a long and older thread last night and noticed a few members with names struck through.

So what's the scoop with cuss words. I notice that they show up in some posts but get *******'d out in others. Is the ability to use them earned, granted, or just a perk of the mods?
