There is a way to get your music heard without having to break the rules. In the Members Journals Section I run one called "The Showroom", where I showcase the music members make. Because I'm part of the furniture here now (nails in my feet really hurt but at least my drawers don't squeak!) I can review your music if you want. Just drop me a PM and a link.

It is a rule that new members can't post music. This is obviously to avoid a rush of people just using the site to advertise their music and not getting involved. But if you become part of the community, as others here have found, people will be interested in your music. We have members here who are not all that long on the board and they are already sharing their music, but it's not all they do.

So welcome, and hope you stick around.
Oh, and don't say Batty's name three times in the dark, or he'll appear and ... well, you don't want to do it, is all I'm gonna say...

Welcome aboard, @op. Don't inflate batty's ego. It's big enough as it is, and we have a hard enough time keeping it watered. It's caused a drought in the lower counties.

That's understandable. I have no issues with that. And thanks for your welcome. That goes out to all that have welcomed me. And, yeah, I'll be hanging around a while. As I said earlier in this thread, I'm not a 'Fly By Night' type person I like sticking around.
