That actually happened to me just before at work, I was putting money on a guys library card and he was asking me all these questions and as I answered his eyes glazed over but he was just staring at me. His responses were like really delayed as well! I was like whoa someones keen.

Well I can come round and stick a boot up your arse if you like? Never judge a book by it's cover. When I became a chef a few years ago a couple of them thought I may have been a racist due to the way I looked They soon learnt that I am a sensitive soul

I only lost my temper once there. I am of the opinion is that if you treat your staff well and get on with them then they respect you and put that extra effort in when required. The trick is not to be TOO aimiable otherwise they will then just take the piss. Failing that the whip comes out.
