Bill Evans is great. Maybe not my favorite pianist, but definitely one of the best in jazz. His influence cannot be overstated.

Moon Beams is my favourite Evans album. The opening track Re: Person I Knew is really beautiful.

I listened to his Sunday at Village Vanguard yesterday, it is the perfect music to chill out.

Recently was released a double-album performed live by Chich Corea, Paul Motian and Eddie Gomez (the last two having played in the Bill Evans Trio) called 'further explorations', which is sort of a tribute to the music of Bill Evans. Very good music.

Cool I love Chick Corea (even more than Bill Evans) so I'll definitely check that out.

"Peace Piece" is a beautiful piece. I think Bill Evans wrote "Blue in Green", though it is usually attributed to Miles Davis.

Interplay and For Lovers are two amazing albums from him. They display his more measured side.....absolutely beautiful music!
