I'm pro "killing these civillans/soldiers ruthlessly"

Is war really something to be pro? That's like saying you are pro-AIDS or pro-Mass Murder.
Does that make much sense?

Being pro-AIDS entirely different than being pro-war.
At any rate, I can't justify the pros of any war because no number of pros for any way will ever equal the number of lives lost in a war.
Wars (for the most part) start when a group of people (usually oppressed) rise up and strike against their oppressors.
Think of nations that gained their independence through war. They killed people and in their minds it was justified.
Think of Native American Indians that killed the "white man" because they invaded their land and took it away from him.
Are you trying to say that if someone invaded your house you wouldn't try to kill them to protect yourself?
Same difference only in a war more people die.

And I can honestly say that if intruders (armed or otherwise) entered my home and I was all alone, my first instinct would be to shoot first and ask questions later.

As for mass murder. . .
There's is never really any justification for it unless the culprit(s) get by on an insanity plea. So still your pushing it with that example.

I don't understand the point of this thread.

Being "Pro-War" and understanding that "war is neccesary at times" is completely different.

Every war is unnecessary and backed by a bunch of idiots, whether it's between two countries or two people.

... What? That's called rebellion. How many rebellions have there been that you can think of? NOw think of the amount of WARS there have been. Get your facts straight. Wars happen because one greedy bastard doesn't like another greedy bastard, and he wants his land/resources. So he conscripts his population, and sends them to fight the others guys conscripted people, until one side is so battered and bruised that they have to surrender. Yes, I'm aware that that is one huge stereotype, and not always true, but it's been the cause of almost any modern war, not to mention those in centuries before: The Hundred Years War, The Vikings invading Europe, etc.

That's not war. That's a reaction to war. If there is no war, there is nothing to react to. Being pro-war means being Pro-invading-someone's-house-and-trying-to-kill-them, not being pro-able-to-defend-yourself. The two are entirely different.
