I hope RAR doesn't mind me speaking for him, so to avoid speculation and before this gets out of hand.
RAR wasn't demodded, but resigned his mod position due to private reasons.
As far as I know, his position remains open should he wish to return in the future.

Ok, I was just trying to find a thread he started so I clicked on forum leaders and he wasn't there and was curious as to what happened. Thanks for clearing it up.
