It was explained to you in Swims post. You don't need to know the slightest about computers, you just need eyes and some brain cells.

this might sound abit stupid, but go with using a anti virus program and limewire that way there no decoding(for the most part) jus and occasional bug... but as for what you where asking, i was about to say find a file extractor or a file converter... but i'm no comp-whiz, so i'll ask my dad when i go to his computer shop tommarrow, or when i call later if i remember
