iPods are good players, probably the reason why people pick stupid holes in them becuase they can't find anything else wrong with them. I've had mine for just over two years and have experienced one problem with it, which isn't much considering. Although they do have problems, they're going to get most press becuase they're the market leaders. I'd go for an iPod for quality and ease of use, if you don't have a budget that is. I also don't get why people have problems with iTunes, it's so much easier than WMP and isn't so nasty.
Why does it need to have a colour screen? That bumps the price up significantly as you can get a good quality MP3 player for really cheap without the colour screen. Personally, I want a pink Zune for Christmas. :) |

Grado>Bose>Sennheiser for headphones, as for mp3 players, i'd say get an ipod if you can FIND ONE FOR CHEAP. i'd never pay the retail price for an ipod cuz it's just outrageous, you can easily find a competitor to do the same **** as an ipod with significantly less frustrating software. apple is b.s. for customer care too, i worked at a best buy for a while and the consensus was don't even bother trying to get help from apple, whereas both sony and sandisk have been very cooperative with customer care issues in past. (in sandisk's case they actually sent a new mp3 player with no questions asked)

I'm sorry, at my school I was taught that when faced with the price of 299 you round up to 300 not down to 200 |
