Robotussin or Robotripping is real. It contains DXM in small amounts. The effect is not as strong as say acid or mushrooms but is enough to make your head spin.

Its much better if you just buy straight DXM powder. No bad taste, and you dont feel like an idiot drinking it. The effects can be wild, Iv always enjoyed it. Although if I have a choice between DXm and most other psychedelics, well id take most others.

If you want a real DXM trip. Take two tubes of original formula Dramamine, wait 40 minutes, and be careful.

I heard of people taking gratuitous amounts of Coricidin Cold & Cough (triple C's) to trip off the DXM in them. 'Cept there's apparently some chemical in it that makes you sick and you have to filter it out somehow. Dunno.

Don't buy Triple Cs (Coricidin Cold & Cough) it's got other active ingredients than just DXM that can **** your day up in a bad way. If you're going to robo trip just get normal tussin with Dextromethorphan hydrobromide as the ONLY active ingredient. I've had my fun with cough medicine back when I was just a kid looking for something to do on the weekend, but pretty much any other drug you can trip on is probably going to yield a better experience.
