Just go with the tried and true method of blunt. If you smoke a blunt, you'll get high. I guarantee it.

I may interpret it a little differently, but I know when I got high for the first time I didn't really know what to expect. I know the weed affected me, but without previous experience it was a little hard to create a reference point.
Looking back, I remember my first time but I don't remember it being like it is now. I wouldn't go as far as to say I didn't get high. I just think I didn't know what "high" was enough to really enjoy it.

It's pretty entertaining to watch people who haven't smoked before attempt to hit a pipe or a bong, if they don't cough up a lung after the first draw then chances are they didn't do it right. I'd agree blunts are always a sure thing to get nice and zoooooted.
