Hmmm... crack is simply Cocaine in a freebase form. Same chemicals, different form. You can't effectively smoke cocaine in its salt form, thus, people cook it down to its basic form, which is smokeable.
The only difference worth commenting on is the high itself, due to the delivery method. Crack = more intense, shorter lived. Coke = the inverse of that. That's pretty much true of most drugs that are freebased versus ingested or otherwise insufflated nasally.

So why do you do coke and not crack?

So I noticed the other day while smoking with a friend that I was starting to feel really REALLY good. I commented on how great the bud was and he goes, "Oh yeah, that's the opium, dude" and I go "Whhaaaattt..."...but like I said I was feeling really damn good so I honestly couldn't have given two ****s at that point.

Just a little heads up would be nice next time.

Sleep deprivation is the cheapest, legalest, and only drug I have ever tried.
Caffeine ain't so bad neither, but the crash ssssucks. God, I sound lame. I'm in High School and the only people that smoke weed are the nazi punks. So, yaaaaah.

Naa, caffeine is the way to go!! I really don't like the feeling of being out of control of my own body, so I wouldn't enjoy the majority of drugs, although I can't say I've tried them...
But caffeine is definitely my drug of choice
