just put them in, you could grind them and put them in a pouch so it easily absoarbed(wow cant spell) and you dont need to strain

haha just wondering do you know a kid named ethan clarke shortish kid with blonde hair and playes saxaphone he moved here from chicago(hes a freshman this year), and the trick if your intrested in get a slide put it though the top in the middle of a large yogurt container make a hole on the side near the bottom for the mouth peice then a carb diagnal of it in the middle
