Someone experienced in abusing this drug please describe the difference in the high between various dosages (lets assume they're from the same batch). What would be the difference between taking 12 tabs of acid and say, 8, or 4 or 2? Intensity, duration, other special effects? When do the hallucinations start happening and the like...

Regardless of dosage, it usually takes about 45 minutes or so before the effects begin to be felt. Higher dosages usually just mean more intense effects and longer duration of peak time, as the body has more drug to get rid of.
If it's good, clean acid, you really don't need more than a couple hits to get off really well. Anything above that is asking for trouble. But more often than not, people that take large doses are probably not taking them all at once. When the effects are full on, your body is already in the process of getting rid of the drug. Redosing serves more as a supplement to prolong the peak without going too far overboard.

As far as actually taking 12 hits of potent, clean acid, at once... I couldn't even imagine what that would be like. If it was anything as strong as what I've had before in 2 or 3 hits, I would think a person would be catatonic after such a dose.

I would think the same way but I see people take a ten strip with ease. Iv watched them trip seemingly just as hard as I do off 1-5 hits. I honestly dont know why that i, it boggles my mind. My only theory would be maybe somehow genetically there brain is more equipped with dealing with the drugs effects or physical changes it makes in the brain.

What I would like to know more about it the relation with what you see on drugs like lsd and dreams.

If I didn't take my "drugs" I'd be flopping around on the floor like a fish out of water from my epileptic seizures.

That's definitely a possibility.
But I'm always suspicious of dose consistency and quality. There are so many factors that can come into play. For instance, you can get a 10 strip from a guy and take one hit, and another person take the remaining 9, but you still don't know if each hit was dosed the same way, or if the strip was handled improperly, affecting portions of it. It's largely assumptive to say that your one hit will indefinitely equal their dose, times 9.

All I know is I don't ever rely on a street unit of dosage as a measuring tool.

I do respect your medical condition, however this thread is about 'recreatoional' drugs, rather than ones used for medical purposes. However juvenile the comment, I don't think it was meant to imply that anyone shouldn't do drugs (mmmkay) that were prescribed by a physician.
