To be a pro at playing an instruments on drugs you have to practice both playing drugs and taking music.

Might be trying shrooms for the first time this weekend. I got to look at them and smell them and nearly puked just from the smell so eating them doesn't sound fun...

I've also been told I will almost certainly puke if not from the taste but from the fact that there's something in the actual shrooms that our bodies can't digest. This all sounds really terrible but hopefully it's worth it I guess. Taking acid was much simpler :P

Anyway, any tips on preparing?

I've done shrooms ten or so times and I've never puked. Maybe the person who told you that just has a weak stomach so put that out of your head because if you expect to puke, you probably will.

If things start to get scary just go with the flow and it'll work itself out. Sounds hard but you have to have a very laid back and welcoming mindset when taking hallucinogenics.

Well the one time I did LSD I had the time of my life, so I guess so far so good with these types of drugs

Not sure if this matters, but I'd call mushrooms when used in actual cooking to be my #1 least favorite food that I've ever tried. If it's on pizza I refuse to eat it. Once I was staying in a cabin where my friend's mom was cooking mushrooms and I couldn't even be in there because the smell disgusted me so badly

However the desire to try having a fun trip is enough to make me want to eat these psychedelic ones anyway. I'm just so worried that the taste and texture will gross me out to levels I've never experienced and it's kinda hard to get that out of my head lol

If you've done acid you're prepared.
Not that shrooms and acid are the same, they aren't, but you know what your mind can do and you know how to deal with that.
Are the shrooms fresh or dried? Dried shrooms are a little easier to keep down from what I've heard, although I've never had to vomit. But I really like mushrooms anyway and have eaten dried shrooms while tripping just because I found them to be tasty.

I'm not a big fan of eating paper but I'm a big LSD fan. I think you'll do fine.

Maybe you just haven't ever gotten really strong shrooms?

Yorke, just drink lots of water and you'll be fine. I mean LOTS of water.

If you puke at least it won't be dry heaves.

If you don't puke your hangover will be much better for it.
