I wouldn't take more than 2000mg of APAP at once. So if you split it into two doses...

I'd advise against benzos in general. Take it for anxiety, not high. It's also good if you run into a super gnarly trip...

If you mix it with alcohol you can easily die and if you take too much you ****ing black out...
