They're psychedelics, apparently.

"2C is a general name for the family of psychedelic phenethylamines containing methoxy groups on the 2 and 5 positions of the benzene ring. Most of these compounds also carry lipophilic substituents at the 4 position, usually resulting in more potent and more metabolically stable and longer acting compounds. Most of the currently known 2C compounds were first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin in the 1970's and 1980's, and published in his book, PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved). Dr. Shulgin also invented the term 2C, being an acronym for the 2 carbon atoms between the benzene ring and the amino group [1]."

Whatever that all means.

Oh shit. I wouldn't want to try them; benzenes seriously fucks you (cancer, brain damage, and potential cardiac arrest are just a few of the sweet treats). I try to keep my addictions organic, anyways.

I've tried to quite once for 3 hours. I ended up crying hysterically non-stop and found myself with suicidal thoughts. This is odd, considering I'm in school all day for 7 hours with only an occassional cigarette at lunch. I come home and smoke more, yes. I'm about a pack a day on average.

it's a very mellow, pleasant trip, it's kind of like a mix between rolling and tripping. great visual and body high without being overwhelming.
