[QUOTE=Trollheart;2194973]Since Saturday is Christmas Day and it should be tumbleweed town here, it's just become Friday (Christmas Eve) here so let's have a Christmas-themed Saturday Six-Pack.

On a Friday.

1. What's the best Christmas present you ever got? Probably a record player that you could play DJ with

2. Christmas trees: real one or artificial? Real artificial

3. How early do you/did you begin to do your Christmas shopping?

As soon as I can so I can get it over with

4. What's your favourite Christmas decoration (as in, one you put up)?

I don't put up decorations.

5. How early, generally do you wake up/are you awoken on Christmas morning?

Whenever I feel like it
6. What's your favourite Christmas song?

and one extra, only for those with them:

6a. Do your kids still believe in Santa Claus?

I don't have any kids.

1. What's the best Christmas present you ever got?

Not as good as my 18th birthday present, but...

2. Christmas trees: real one or artificial?

Would love to have a real one again, but with three cats it's not really an option now.

3. How early do you/did you begin to do your Christmas shopping?

When I'm out and about during the year, especially on distant trips, I pick out things with the holidays in mind.

4. What's your favourite Christmas decoration (as in, one you put up)?

The kinetic art lover in me loves lights! I've been known to keep them up until Valentine's Day.

5. How early, generally do you wake up/are you awoken on Christmas morning?

No different than any other day really - about 8.

6. What's your favourite Christmas song?

Well, I'm going with my old band:

plus I'll add this too:

On a Friday.

1. What's the best Christmas present you ever got?
Uh...
2. Christmas trees: real one or artificial?
Artie, always artie. Here in Ireland (and without a car) you're not going to lug a huge natural tree through the estate, to say nothing of getting rid of it after Xmas - just can't cram it into the wheely bin!
3. How early do you/did you begin to do your Christmas shopping?
Probably a few weeks before
4. What's your favourite Christmas decoration (as in, one you put up)?
A big Santa about the size of a kid or a dwarf, with matching snowman. Everyone loves these guys.
5. How early, generally do you wake up/are you awoken on Christmas morning?
Same as every morning: about 11:25
6. What's your favourite Christmas song?
This always hits an emotional chord...

and one extra, only for those with them:

6a. Do your kids still believe in Santa Claus?
My kids believe in not being born, and that's just how I likes it.

Happy Christmas, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays etc to you all!

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

If the future or the past are influencing your present then they're both occurring right now.
