1. What's your favourite TV series?
Of all time? Probably The Twilight Zone.

2. Beatles or Rolling Stones?
Stones please.

3. Who would you most like to see perform live in your lifetime?
I guess "in my lifetime" means they can't already be dead. Assuming that I guess I'd vote Nick Cave.

4. Will you go out this weekend, and if so where?
Debating about going out to a birthday party at a bar tonight. Want to go, just feel sort of crappy.

5. Where does your family come from originally?
Brazil/Mexico/Columbia and Boston. Further back: France, Spain, Ireland and a sliver each from Scotland and Wales.

6. Which do you value more, your vision or your hearing?
Vision. Hearing is obviously extremely important to me but it would be a hell of a lot harder to function in society without my sight. Plus, as a designer, I'd be out of a job if I couldn't see.

As of right now, I'd say Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. I almost said American Pickers, but I wouldn't watch episodes I've already seen again. DD&D on the other hand, I absolutely would.

Beatles. I don't listen to either of them though.

Burial, but I'm almost certain he never would. Far too reclusive.

Probably not.

My dad's side is Irish, German, and French Canadian. My mom's side is Irish, German, English, Native American, etc.

1. What's your favourite TV series?
I don't watch a whole lot of TV (could really live without one), but I do like the Simpsons (of course), House, and Scrubs.

2. Beatles or Rolling Stones?
Beatles.

3. Who would you most like to see perform live in your lifetime?
Not sure.

4. Will you go out this weekend, and if so where?
Hopefully I will be out of the hospital tomorrow and then it will just be rest for a couple of days after that. So no, not going anywhere.

5. Where does your family come from originally?
Mom's side: They've been in Canada for a few generations now but I think they were originally English, German, and Danish.

Dad's side: Much more diverse. Lots of Scottish in there, and also Croatian, Serbian, and Greek. Since they've been in New Zealand for a while, I think there is also some Maori in there somewhere as well.

So my background is quite a mash up!

6. Which do you value more, your vision or your hearing?
My hearing. For obvious reasons.

Taking my temporarily crippled friend on errands tomorrow AM, then the gym, then going to the horse races tomorrow night. Sunday I'll be helping another friend move, then going to a book club meeting, then hopefully finally resting and catching up on my recorded soccer matches.

Dad: Germany and Denmark.
Mom: Poland and England.

Definitely hearing.

Mother - China.

Father - adopted so no idea, rumor is he's half Japanese and Malay, so probably Tokyo and some village in Malaysia.

Mom: English, Polish

Vision definately. Losing either would suck but IMO losing you vision impacts your life a lot more.

Don't watch any TV series regularly. I usually try to catch CNN news, talk shows (Dr. Phil reruns!), and cooking shows.

Paul McCartney - haven't seen him since 1989. A lot of the performers I'd most like to see are no longer among the living!

Tomorrow night we are going out to an Indian restaurant with my mother and sisters and a few friends. I love Indian food.

Dad: Denmark, Germany, Scotland
Mom: Italy, Ireland

Twilight Zone is probably one of my favorite of all time. The Walking Dead is what I'm currently following. And I loved food, and traveling, so I always watch Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations and Bizarre Foods when they come on.

2. Beatles or Rolling Stones?
Beatles. I prefer wacky psychedelic to smutty blues rock. Not that either of them stuck with just that by any means, but that's what I think of when I think of either band.

3. Who would you most like to see perform live in your lifetime?
Waaaay too many choices to even begin to choose.

4. Will you go out this weekend, and if so where?
No. As with most weekends, I will be working.

5. Where does your family come from originally?
Um... The United States.
But if we're going with genealogy, my mom is almost completely German, and since I haven't seen him in ages, I don't know about my dad. Supposedly he's mostly British, but I can't know for sure. My adopted dad is a mix of Irish and Native American.

6. Which do you value more, your vision or your hearing?
I value my vision more I suppose, but I would rather keep them both, thanks.
