Oh nice, I forgot all about this thread.

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?
Put it in savings.

2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?
Warm as long as it's not humid. I've lived in Houston, TX for 14 years and hated the summers. Now I live in Seattle and while the summers are weak and it's not warm most of the year, I MUCH prefer it here.

3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?
Learning to love more old music besides just a few 70s rock bands.

4. Any difficulty urinating?
No but I do get up at night to pee.

5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.
Radiohead maybe? I don't know. I dislike stadium shows and large outdoor events, which is why I've never seen them. Otherwise I see pretty much everyone else I've wanted to see. Aphex Twin might be nice, but pretty much the same scenario.

6. What is the last movie that you watched?
Bobby (2006). It was a little disappointing.

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?
fill up the car, call friends and take them out for drinks and lunch, go to the movies and buy expensive beer
2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?
the warmer the better....i'm 6'1 and weigh 135 pounds....so body fat is almost non existent....i HATE cold (ironically it is 12 degrees out right now )
3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?
to be honest...Nine Inch Nails is probably the most important band for my musical journey....back in 1990 my sister and her boyfriend took me to Sacramento to see Depeche Mode....on the way he played me Pretty Hate Machine...which i immediately loved....the music and lyrics were raw angry and real....and too be honest i think this is what ignited my love for industrial....it helped the Nitzer Ebb and Siouxsie and the Banshees opened for Depeche Mode
4. Any difficulty urinating?
kind of....since they removed my large intestine the same muscle that controls my urinary tract also controls my "j-pouch" so it's never one or the other and i always sit to pee
5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.
new order, texas is the reason, kiss the anus of a black cat
6. What is the last movie that you watched?
Jurassic Park....and i still love it

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?

Put it in savings.

2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?

Well, I did like the weather in California when I was there for a few weeks once, but to be honest I prefer colder weather. When it's freezing out, you just slap on more clothes and if you get warm, take some layers off. When it's fucking hot out, you can strip naked but still be sweating your ass off. No thanks.

Plus snow and all that makes me appreciate the warm weather so much more. People in hot climates don't get that and they just take it all for granted.

3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?

As a musician and wanting to pursue a career in music education - my high school music teacher. He really saw the potential that I had and made me more confident in my ability to be a great musician. I was sad when he retired at the end of 11th grade. Mr. Holland's Opus reminds me a lot of him, actually.

As someone who loves to listen to music - The Beatles first, and later on Mozart and Beethoven.

4. Any difficulty urinating?

Not that I'm aware of, lol.

5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.

Well, it used to be R.E.M., Elton John, and Billy Joel, but now I've seen all of them in concert already. I think I'd like to see U2 though.

6. What is the last movie that you watched?

Everyone seems to be giving this movie shit but I quite enjoyed it - it reminded me of my own family life, Plus I've had a thing for Paul Rudd lately and I really want that Ween shirt he's wearing in the poster.

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?

Put it in my checking account and spend 100 on a night on the town with friends to celebrate. Maybe try to get a cool instrument.

2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?

Colder weather. Like BD said, the sweatshirt method can keep building, but in heat, you can only strip down so much.

3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?

My friend who showed me Frank Zappa when I was around twelve blew my mind with it and about a year after that, I diverged and found Captain Beefheart. So I'd say that it's him because he set off the chain of events that transformed me from closed minded metalhead (sliPknot rools) to an avant gardist that can respect most music if not listen to it.

4. Any difficulty urinating?

No doctor, just give me the pills.

5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.

I'd like to see Aesop Rock or Zs quite a bit, but if Zu ever finds its way to America again (although it's not looking too good), then I'm going to try to make it to that concert.

6. What is the last movie that you watched?

Sound of Noise. Hilarious movie about six drummers who use the city around them to play a four song concert. It's an ingenious absurdist film, here's one of the funnier scenes:

It's on Netflix, so go watch it!

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?
Give it to my daughter, she needs it for college.

2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?
Even though I've lived in Chicago my whole life, I like it warm. It's long, lonely and cold winters for me.

3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?
Mel Bay

4. Any difficulty urinating?
Not at all. I drink lots of beer.

5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.
Rush.

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?

Use it for the deposit and first month's rent of an apartment I'm looking at getting into at the end of this month.

2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?

After spending the last four months in a house with drafty windows, scant insulation, and a busted heater, I think I'm going to have to go with warm weather.

3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?

Type O Negative. Make of that what you will, but for me they made a great case that just because you're a metal band you can still take the piss out of yourself.

4. Any difficulty urinating?

No but thank you for your concern.

5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.

Killing Joke (Hopefully seeing them in May)
Sigh
16 Horsepower (I'm still holding out hope for a reunion)

6. What is the last movie that you watched?

Django Unchained. I've been more into TV lately.

1. What would you do if you won 500 dollars in the lottery today?
Buy an ounce to tide me over for a while. Spend rest on petrol, I like to drive cool places to get stoned.

2. Do you prefer warmer or colder weather?
I used to prefer cold weather when I was fat, now I genuinely hate it because I get so cold. Note to self: gain half a stone during winters.

3. Who was an important step in your musical journey?
Seriously? Daft punk. I know that is cliche for me to say it I remember sitting in this chick from schools room and she had got LOADS of copied CDs as a gift, she recommended Daft Punk to me and I told her I'd never listened so she put on Discovery which was not long released and I rocked out. Never looked back.

4. Any difficulty urinating?
Nah, I'm all good.

5. Who would you like to see in concert before you die? You can name up to three.
Daft Punk, Justice, Above & Beyond. Obvious choices, but classic too.

6. What is the last movie that you watched?
I don't even think I can remember

Edit: haha bob! Same, I am 6ft and pretty slender, I notice it more because I've never been thinner and I lost loads of weight within about a year. I ****ing hate coldness now .

Tombstone. It was surprisingly great.
